After completing her studies in art, painting and photography, Sher opened the studio and gallery in 1982. By combining the artistry of a painter with the vision of the camera, she developed a unique painterly style of portraiture which quickly became renown throughout the Northeast. The powerfully emotional images created by Sher and her fellow artists capture the true essence of their subjects and touch the hearts of those who view them. This warm, personal approach to portraiture has earned Sher Photography recognition as one of the top photography studios in the country.
