Sponsored by Burrell Color Lab

Start out 2010 by taking care of the business side of your business.

Digital capture has changed more than just how you take portraits – it’s changed the studio business model.  There are differences in how to market, determine costs and create products.

Using sound business practices, Glen will walk through some of the basic functions of determining your pricing, marketing and sales.

Although Glen won’t tell you how much to charge, he will give you tools to determine if you are profitable and how to increase your sales.

Another neat segment of this program is determining how much your studio will need to gross in order for you to realize that much needed raise (yes, studio owners deserve raises too).

This program will conclude with ideas to increase your sales and improve your sales technique.

This is a must see program for all studio owners and managers – and anyone else who’s interested in the business side of photography.

Glen Gray has owned and operated Gray’s Mountain Studio in Jonestown, PA with his wife, Pat for 13 years before joining Burrell Professional Labs as a Marketing Sales Representative.
